Seafood


Fantastic.

I don't know why this any different from any other deep-fried fish, but it was good just the same.





Pan-fried sea bass on pita with labneh, tomato and preserved lemon – Ottolenghi
Fantastic.

Pan-fried sea bream with harissa & rose – Jerusalem

A favourite.





Skewers of fish – Carluccio
Good bbq fare.

Wasn’t brave enough to leave the middle pink.
